Buying at Windhover
Windhover Association, Inc., along with its members and Board of Directors, warmly welcomes you as you explore purchasing one of our 340 elegantly designed garden units in this vibrant community. To ensure a smooth process, we have a few key requirements prior to your purchase:
Application Submission: All prospective buyers and residents who will occupy the unit must complete and submit an application. This includes any purchasers acquiring a unit as a second home or for investment purposes. Estoppel Letter Request: Your closing agent or title company should request an estoppel letter, which outlines essential details about any outstanding matters the current owners may need to address before closing. Please provide the agent with the web-address link below to request a letter of estoppel. Certificate of Approval: As part of the estoppel process, Windhover Association, Inc. will issue a Certificate of Approval to the closing agent or title company, which must be recorded with the closing documents. Again, we are excited to welcome you.
